In 1965, we released our first batch of tractors under the Escort brand.
In 1969, Escorts Tractors Ltd. was formed with equity involvement from Ford Motor Co., Basildon, UK, to manufacture Ford agricultural tractors in India.
Escorts Tractors Ltd. formally amalgamated with the parent firm, Escorts Ltd., in 1996.
We have produced almost one million tractors since our inception.
